Selection Criteria:

Proven experience in the same role within a busy Hotel/Resort environment with a strong customer service focus
An ability to work well under pressure and be a positive representative of the resort
Flair, quality and consistency
Reliable transport is essential

This position requires you to be available on weekends and public holidays, based on a 7 day rotating roster. If you possess the drive and passion for delivering exceptional food to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction then we want you on our team.
