What is the resort's confirmation and cancellation policy?
Confirmation and Cancellation Policy of your booking:
If you have not already done so at the time of making your reservation, to confirm your booking you can quote a credit card number by phone, or send a deposit of one night’s accommodation by cheque or money order within 7 days of the date of this letter. Personal/Business cheques require 7 business days for clearance, please ensure this length of notice is provided prior to your arrival date. Final payment of the account is processed on your departure date (Cheques are not accepted for this on departure date).
Please note the following cancellation policy.Seasonal variations applies:
#During off peak seasons (4/04/10-18/09/10,12/10/10–23/12/10, 27/01/11–31/03/11), if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival a full refund applies. If cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival, or if checked in and therefore prior to your registered departure date, a one night package cost cancellation fee applies.
#During shoulder seasons (19/09/10-11/10/10 & 02/01/11 - 26/01/11), If cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival, or if checked in and therefore prior to your registered departure date, a one night package cost cancellation fee applies.
#During high season (24/12/10- 02/01/11), If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, or if checked in and therefore prior to your registered departure date, all nights cancellation fee applies.
#Early departures or cancellations received after check-in will be charged an applicable accommodation fee as set by resort management, in addition to the cost of the night's already utilized.
#All no-show bookings i.e. guests who do not cancel and fail to arrive, will incur the above cancellation policy in particular to the season of travel.

Do you offer special rates for frequent visitors to the Resort?
We have a loyalty system in place for return guests caleld our M.V.G. 'Most Valued
Guest' program. As guests join us for their second stay, we will provide a MVG account number and details on the program. The MVG program also allows for
great value 'online' accommodation package deals
